Sporting Communities adopt best practice in our work and as such are affiliated with a number of networks to improve the standards of our services.
Sporting Communities adopts The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, or UNCRC. It is the most complete statement of children’s rights ever produced and is the most widely-ratified international human rights treaty in history.
Our methodology for working with communities and young people is taken from the National Occupational Standards in Youth Work Practice and National Occupational Standards in Community Development.
