Sporting Communities believes very much in providing high quality work experience placements for students interested in the social field. As such we offer students the chance to see what Sporting Communities does and work with them to create a bespoke experience suited to their development and areas of interest.

Here are some of the things that students have said:

"I’m a student at Woodlands Secondary School on work experience with Sporting Communities. I haven’t taken P.E. as one of my GCSE choices, but I do Level 1 Sports Leadership in my core P.E. lessons and I had learnt about how company’s like Sporting Communities work and it did interest me. Coming and working with Sporting Communities has made me think more about a career in sport and community development, working not only with children, but also organising events. Sporting Communities have shown me what it is like to work out here in the real world and what its like to be a part of their company. They have all made me feel very welcome and I am very glad that I am doing my work experience with them. So far I have worked in the office with most of the colleagues, at JCB Academy and have completed my safeguarding course. I will definitely try and do more work with them once my work experience has ended so I can expand my knowledge and because I have found it interesting and fun to do."
